In Taiwan there are two types how they produce oolongs - in the north they make oolong stretched and slightly twisted, and in the central and southern Taiwan - rolled into small balls.

Depending on the height divided by the tea plantations:
Flat - up to 500 meters above sea level
Mountain - from 500 to 1000 meters above sea level
Alpine - from 1000 meters above sea level.
Taste depends on mountain’s height, slop orientation, fog frequency and cut method.
In oolong tea leaves are twisted, by brewing they are untwisted and increases in volume 3 times.
Oolong tea is very healthful and relaxing. It contains antioxidants, minerals (manganese, iron, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iodine, selenium) and vitamins (С, D, E, B1, B3, B12). Oolong tea increases metabolism and promotes weight loss.
