We take great care in selecting and shipping our teas, and hope you will enjoy every order.

Returns

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • If the item received does not match your order
  • If the product is unopened and unused, within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us before sending any return.

Due to the nature of tea as a consumable product, opened items cannot be returned.

To help you explore our teas with confidence, we recommend starting with our sample sets before placing larger orders.

About Tea Characteristics

Tea is a natural product, and its taste, aroma, and appearance may vary depending on harvest, storage, and brewing method.

Product photos and descriptions are provided for reference and may not exactly represent the final experience.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns based on personal preference, including taste, aroma, appearance, or other individual expectations.

Exceptions

We understand that each situation can be different.

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us — we will do our best to assist you.

Undelivered or Returned Orders

We always do our best to help ensure successful delivery of your order.

If an order is returned to us due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Import restrictions or customs policies in your country
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes
  • Failure to accept delivery

We will issue a refund once the order is returned to us.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, including orders shipped with free delivery
  • A partial deduction, typically around 20%, may be applied to cover handling and restocking costs
  • Any additional expenses incurred during shipping, such as return postage, storage, or carrier fees, may also be deducted

If the cost of returning the shipment exceeds the refundable amount, the package may be abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

If the shipment is seized or destroyed by customs, no refund can be provided.
