How is Milk Oolong made

Milk oolong Jin Xuan is a wonderful tea drink with a very mild and a delicate milky flavor. How is milk oolong made?

A tradition in both Daoism and Buddhism, Ghost Month is celebrated during the seventh lunar month in Taiwan, generally falling in August and September. One of the highlights of the Hungry Ghost Month is the Hungry Ghost Festival.

Oolong Names in Taiwan: Varieties, Regions, and Styles

Every variety of tea comes from the same Camellia Sinensis plant. Of course, there are different varieties of this plant, but the difference between green tea, oolong tea, and black tea lies in the processing method used after harvest. Double ten day

10th of October is Taiwan’s National Day, also known as Double 10 Day.

The 10th of October or «Double Tenth Day» is a main national holiday in Taiwan. This day is considered the foundation day of the first Republic of China.

10 (ten) is written as 十, and this gives this sign to the holiday.

Mingjian Township

Mingjian Township (Chinese: 名間鄉) is a rural township in west central of Nantou County. Mingjian Township is home of the Spring Light Bake Oolong from Mingjian Township (南投民間鄉半熟烏龍茶), which can be brewed in cold water.
